BOOKING A COURSE?
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
TERMS & CONDITIONS

WHO IS RUNNING THE COURSE
This course is being run by Presenter Promotions.
2)
YOUR BOOKING
‘A booking’ means any application for services
between Presenter Promotions and the client. All bookings
are subject to these terms and conditions.
3) YOU: THE CLIENT
‘The client’ means any person booking a course
with Presenter Promotions (either verbally or in writing).
4)
TRAINING MATERIALS
‘Any information’ means any training or
relevant materials the client receives as part of the
training session. All information supplied is confidential
and for the client’s personal use only and cannot be
used elsewhere.
5)
CONFIDENTIALLY
In the event of any breach of confidentially, Presenter
Promotions will be entitled to claim for an injunction
against the client and to claim potential damages for any
such breach.
6)
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
If the client cancels a booking, the fee paid is
non-refundable. The balance can only be refunded if
Presenter Promotions is able to find another client for the
course on that particular date. If the client cancels with
less than 24 hours notice, no fees will be refunded by
Presenter Promotions for any reason whatsoever. Any
cancellation by the client must be in writing. Should it
become necessary for Presenter Promotions to cancel the
client’s course date, the client will be offered a
full refund or alternatively the client may transfer to
another course date. This is subject to availability of
date(s) concerned.
7) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
Presenter Promotions cannot be responsible to the client
for any circumstances arising beyond its control.
Presenter Promotions can not be held liable for any
personal accident or injury to the client during the course
unless caused by Presenter Promotions’s negligence.
Presenter Promotions can not be held liable for any loss or
damage to the client’s personal property or
belongings.
8)
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT
If a client acts unlawfully or detrimentally to the course
on the day, Presenter Promotions reserves the right to
withdraw services to the client. If such a case should
arise, the client agrees that a refund of any kind will not
be given. Presenter Promotions also reserves the right to
cancel any booking should it feel necessary.
